  1. Well I have tried to add my new Visa debit card but the card image remains greyed out and wont work. Uber doesn’t give any information at all. there is nothing in the ‘help’ menus and no way I can see of contacting Uber. Basically I can’t use Uber anymore!

    I have been using the same debit card for Uber for months. Everything worked fine. Since today Uber doesn’t accept it. The support not heplful at lot and cannot explain what is wrong. They only recommend using another card.
    Basically they blocked me in their app for no apparent reason and refuse to explain anything. Great job, Uber!
