Option 1: Log-in through your Backup Account
1. Navigate to the AppleID verification page in any web browser.
2. Type your Apple ID and recovery email address to get a verification email.
3. Tap on Reset link in the verification email.

Apple Support team is very helpful and attentive. However, to reclaim your account, you will need to wait for some time and go through a rigorous verification process. You may be asked to verify:
- your credit or debit card
- answers to security questions
- security questions
- purchase details from when you bought the Apple product.

You can log in to your account, and choose three new security questions as follows:
1. Open the given link iforgot.apple.com
2. Log-in with your Apple ID and Password.
3. Tap on Security > Change Questions.
4. In the pop-up box that appears, tap on Reset Security Questions, as shown below.
5. Type your Recovery email address to receive a reset link.
6. Go to your Mail Inbox and tap on the reset link.
7. Tap Reset Now.

Option 2: If you do not remember your Password
In this case, you will have to reset your password. Based on your security settings, you can receive a passcode on another Apple device where you’re already logged in. On this device, do the following:
1. Tap on Settings.
2. Tap Password & Security.
3. Reset your password as per the instructions provided.
