You can use Meta AI in WhatsApp group chats. Others in the chat will be able to see your messages to Meta AI and its responses as well. It is also available on other Meta-owned apps viz Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct Messages.

1. Open an ongoing conversation in Direct Messages section and tap Message… at the bottom.
2. Type @ and tap Meta AI.

Your question and Meta AI’s response will appear as messages in the chat.

1. Chat with AI personas: These characters are played by celebrities and creators. Some of the characters include:

2. Request more details: Use commands like @Meta AI can you clarify that? to get more information about your conversations
- /ai-options: It will list the available commands.
- /imagine: It will generate an image based on your text prompt.
3. Delete information: Use commands to delete information about you from a conversation.
How to Download Meta AI App
Meta AI will be available as a built-in feature across all the apps of Meta which is why you do not need to download any specific app to chat with it on Insta, WhatsApp, and Messenger.
Why Can’t I Access Meta AI yet?
Meta AI is currently available in a limited number of countries. So, the only way to get early access is to download the beta version of the app from the Play and App Store. This way you might be able to use Meta AI chat, otherwise, you might have to wait a little bit more to access it.
