  1. I just came to this website because my iPhone 6S is really bad. there are a few black spots on the right side of the screen along with vertical coloured lines in the same place and sometimes all over the screen, the app and icon colours have slightly changed to purple and green and it sometimes won’t work when I go to press something so I just turn it off and on then it works. I have dropped it a few times face flat on the ground, the last time it slipped out of my pocket while I was running and the screen was facing the ground. it was still in good condition and no lines, black spots or different colours had appeared until an hour or two the lines started to show then days later more lines appeared and then the black spots. and before with the lines I was able to turn it off then back on and it would be gone, but now its still there no matter what i do. since it has gone worse I obviously have to go to a phone store or even apple to get it fixed but I haven’t told my dad yet and if I do he’ll probably get upset. plus there’s probably no point to get it fixed for a certain price when it is pretty old and I might ruin it again lol.

  2. another thing, I have an iPhone XR. so first it started to move the screen by itself and press my apps by itself and I just got sick of it to the point that when it would happen I would hit my screen and green little dots would appear then it would go away in like 30 seconds. then one day it just froze as I was listening to music, it later died because of my battery then I went home and my sister tried helping me by force restarting it, charging it and looking up what to do on safari. the phone was still frozen, I couldn’t press anything, the power button was still working but I’m not sure about the volume button. it was kept away in a drawer for about a month when yesterday I got it out and turned it on by charging it to see if it was unfrozen but nothing had changed. I could turn it on and off, the volume button wasnt working, the phone was still up to date and working I just couldn’t press anything. so my sister plugged it into our MacBook Pro and hooked it up to iTunes and restored and updated it twice. the first time it was like a restart then the second time it actually showed the line underneath the apple logo and loaded. it turned back on then it said “iPhone locked to owner” and the owner is my dad because his apple id is on my iPhone XR. I dont think it unfroze it to be honest but now I have to unlock it but I dont know how to, I haven’t told my dad to yet so yeah. my life is pretty stuffed right now. two phones have gone to crap. any advice, help or suggestions?
