1. Search system update
2. Lenovo system update opened with Red circular symbol with up/down arrow shows up

In my case, the culprit was the Realtek Audio Driver. Once I uninstalled the Realtek Drivers via “Add or Remove Programs”, and rebooted, Windows installed its own drivers for my audio device, and the issue disappeared.
