Search where did it go afterall!

Telegram gained popularity as not just a messaging app, but also for its focus on privacy and security.

Although, in order to keep the platform safe for all, it discourages the exchange of inappropriate and sensitive content in groups and channels, it also provides users an option to disable filtering.

However, after the recent update, Telegram is not showing the sensitive content option.

Now the question arises why and how to bring it back? Let’s find out.

Telegram Sensitive Content Option Not Showing

Why is the Sensitive Content Option Not Showing on Telegram and How to Get It?

According to community guidelines, sharing explicit or hateful content, pirated media, and many others are not allowed on Telegram.

Sensitive Content is a privacy feature enabled by default on the platform and what it does is filter out such images or videos shared on public channels on the platform.

Unfortunately, there is no Sensitive Content option in the Privacy and Security menu on Telegram anymore.

We even checked the Telegram Desktop app and Web A & K, but didn’t find it.

So, for now, it seems that they have removed the option from the platform in their latest update.
