I am trying to log into the app but it is not allowing me to do so. There is a select panel message with a check mark appearing on the screen. There are two options, the highlighted Swoop_TV_SSL (highlighted and check marked) and Swoop_TV_NonSSL. When I press the button, it takes me to a sign in screen. I press sign in and because I have tried numerous times, it has said that the log in has failed. I need this resolved ASAP!

I’m not able to even check into Swooptv to check on my account or get tech support for an issue I have. All if a sudden, when I clicked on my swoop app on my streaming service, a screen popped up asking me to sign in. When I did that, it said my login wasn’t recognized. I wasn’t able to sign in no matter how many times I tried. No matter where I go on the web I’m not able to get through to Swooptv. I tried the modem/router disconnect, restart of my firestick, and unplugged the power for over 60 seconds. Then I uninstalled Swooptv and attempted to reinstall it thinking that would do the trick. When I type https://swooptv.com/swooptv.apk on my downloader app, it says to try another URL, which I’m not familiar with. Now I can’t reinstall it. I’ve been with them on auto pay for several years and have never experienced anything like this. Can you help ?
