Discord has a virtual store called Shop, which all users can access on the Desktop app or web version to buy and collect items for their avatar. Presently, this feature is not available on the Discord mobile app but is expected to be added soon.

Option 2: From Settings

After you’ve purchased items for avatar decorations, they will be saved for you, which you can then apply following the steps mentioned below:
1. Navigate to the USER SETTINGS menu on Discord and tap on Profiles in the left sidebar.
2. Click on the Change Decorations button to open the Edit Avatar Decoration menu.
3. Choose your preferred avatar decoration, click on Apply at the bottom right corner, and then click on Save Changes to save it.
Note: Even though you cannot access the Shop on the Discord mobile application, once you’ve bought the avatar decorations, you can apply them from your smartphone.
How to Apply Animated Profile Effects on Discord
Discord also offers many animated effects that play on your profile when someone views it. You can purchase these from the virtual Shop itself. Once bought, follow the steps to apply them:
1. Open Discord and in the USER SETTINGS menu, click on Profiles.
2. Scroll down and under PROFILE EFFECT, click on Change Effect.
3. Choose the effect you want and click Apply, followed by Save Changes.

How to Buy and Sell Custom Avatars on Discord
Discord users can buy pre-made profile avatars and other virtual items from its in-app shop. The Shop offers two kinds of profile decorations: avatar decorations and profile effects. However, you presently cannot sell your custom avatars on Discord.
