Method 7: Reinstall Mouse Driver
1.Press Windows Key + X then select Control Panel.
2.In device manager window, expand Mice and other pointing devices.
3.Select your mouse device and press Enter to open device Properties.
4.Switch to Driver tab then select Uninstall and press Enter.
5.If it asks for confirmation then select Yes.
6.Reboot your PC to save changes.
7.Windows will automatically install the default drivers for your Mouse.
Method 8: Set Filter Activation Time slider to 0
1.Press Windows Key + I to open Settings then click Devices.
2.Select Mouse & Touchpad from the left-hand menu and click Additional mouse options.
3.Now click the ClickPad tab and then click Settings.
4.Click Advanced and set the Filter Activation Time slider to 0.

Method 9: Disable Realtek HD Audio Manager
1.Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc key together to open Task Manager.
2.Switch to Startup tab and disable Realtek HD audio manager.

I had the same problem. I downloaded the restoro and paid for a year. That did not appear to fix my problem BUT on subsequent scans it kept giving me a malware issue. It referenced a file at C:\Program Files (x86) \microsoft\edgeupdate\microsoftedgeupdate.exe win64/hackKMS.c as probable. I opened up under my files for the C drive and removed all files and folders after the \microsoft on info above. I highlighted and then deleted each item. You have to have administrative authority to do this.
When I rebooted and ran the scan again it did not see the malware but it did return the following. I also sent this info via email to resolvo. If it continues I will delete the following: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths\msedge.exe
