Fix USB Device not Recognized Error Code 43: The error message “USB Device not Recognized Error Code 43” in the device manager can occur if the USB hardware or the driver fails. The error Code 43 means the device manager has stopped USB device because the hardware or the driver have reported to Windows that it has some kind of issue. 4.Uncheck Turn on Fast startup under Shutdown settings.

5.Now click Save changes and Restart your PC.
