I have been trying to factory reset the firestick not knowing the pin. Everytime I hit the back button on the report it shows finishing updates and is stuck on that screen for a very long time. then it goes back to the main screen and I have to navigate through the settings to get back to the factory reset. I have been doing this since yesterday. I have gone through this process at least 8 times maybe more.
Is there anything else I could do to reset this thing before whipping it into a wall?
