Several factors could hinder linking WhatsApp to multiple devices.
- If the feature isn’t enabled on your iPhone or other devices, the prompt to link won’t appear. Ensure WhatsApp latest version is installed and activate multi-device in Developer settings.
- Compatibility matters too as only iOS 10 and newer versions support this feature. Devices with older iOS versions might lack the linking option.
- If your WhatsApp is already linked to another device or has reached the maximum limit, linking new devices won’t be possible until you unlink a previously connected one.
