  1. This post helped me with a very unusual problem. With Adobe Premiere open even in the just the background my cursor kept flickering the busy in background symbol every couple of seconds and I couldn’t find an official fix so I thought well why not change the busy cursor to the same as my normal cursor right? Well second problem is I use the inverted theme and I couldn’t find the inverted cursor in the cursor list so I went into RegEdit and changed AppStarting to the same as Arrow and Voila!
