  2. What worked for me was to reset the permissions on the WindowsApps folders with the following in an elevated command:

    icacls “C:\Program Files\WindowsApps” /reset /t /c /q

  3. When I run this command I receive “access denied” for each line item.

    “icacls “C:\Program Files\WindowsApps” /reset /t /c /q”

    I’m trying to resolve an issue with Microsoft Photos disappearing when I press “Setting”

    I think it is a problem with the security settings for C:\Program Files\windowsApps
