  1. I found that this error also occurs if you select a file for uploading through a form, and by the time you press the Form Submit button, the file no longer exists on your disk.
    Chrome doesn’t read the file until you click the button, and if the source file is nowhere to be found when it is needed, this error is shown in the Developer Tools. I wish Chrome would show a clear popup to me saying what is wrong, instead of acting so bloody vague.
