  1. Is the microsoft store, the ONLY place where one can download the MIXED REALITY PORTAL software?

I was TRYING to get my MIXED REALITY PORTAL reinstalled, when my MICROSOFT STORE, from which I was directed to download– (conveniently) stopped working.

So now, I have a non-working MIXED REALITY PORTAL, which I cannot download–because I ALSO have a non-working MICROSOFT STORE!!!!

Why does microsoft seem to ALWAYS have long, drawn-out, convoluted processes–to “resolve” seemingly small issues?!?!? Geez Louise!!!

  2. Since the Windows 10 update this week, nothing is working correctly! Windows store disappeared, Microsoft Solitaire won’t work, Troubleshooting just runs in circles! Absolutely HATE Windows 10!!!
