Method 1: Use Send as SMS

2. Turn off the cellular network and Wi-Fi on your iPhone and send a message to the targeted contact.

2. Tap on Unknown & Spam under MESSAGE FILTERING.

While creating the person’s contact, you can leave their email address information empty so that you will not receive iMessage and just normal text messages. If you have already set up their email, follow the steps to remove it:
