Lastly, you can also schedule meetings for a later date and send invitation links so that people can put them on their calendars and get a notification on the day of the meeting.
- Open Zoom > Home.
- Click on Schedule from the right window.
- Type in the title under Topic.
- Select the date and time under When.
- Type in the time under Duration.
- Type in the usernames or email addresses of your preferred users under Attendees.
- Scroll down and click on Save.
The selected people will get your meeting alerts on Zoom and email address.
