1. Open Word or Press Windows Key + R then type winword and hit Enter to open Microsoft Word.

2. Next, to change the autosave time interval in word click Office icon on the top or in the latest word click File.

4. In the Save documents section, make sure the “Save AutoRecover information every” checkbox is checked and adjust the time according to your preferences.
