  1. Set up your Virtual Machone with a minimum RAM of 512 MB.
  2. Download the Android-x86 file.
  3. Load the file in your VM menu and load VM.
  4. In the GRUB menu, choose to install Android-x86 to hard disk.
  5. Create a new partition, and install Android x86 to it.
  6. Format the partition and click on Yes.
  7. Once done, reboot your computer.

To install any of these on a USB drive, you will need to download USB installer software like UNetbootin or Rufus to create a bootable USB drive.

  1. Run UNetbootin and select the iso file and your USB drive from it.

  3. Select your USB drive.
  4. In GRUB menu, follow the steps as mentioned above for installing it on VM.
  5. Once done, reboot your device.
