  1. Please help me fix my diagnostic policy service please. My internet (WiFi) and Bluetooth is not working. Please help me. I will really be thankful to you.❣️

  2. NOTE:

Windows Repair media, created through Media Creation Tool, is not a “brand new fresh” iso downloaded in its entirety from MS servers (not, at least, unless you either have *just* upgraded from Windows 8, and therefore needed the entire ISO, or you spoofed the tool into thinking so)

Media Creation Toolkit performs an image capture of your existing system, with some degree of comparisons to an online reference (actually, I am only *assuming* it does the latter; The image capture part I know with 100% absolute certainty)

    the point is this:

If you are maintaining your ESD or mounted WIM like a constant reference image that you use for occsasional, or possibly repetitive, repairs (eg mounted in a 2nd hard disk or on a USB drive plugged in permanently), its possible that every DISM is just referencing the same originally broken or originally compromised windows image that was used the 1st time you created installation media.

it stands to reason that sophisticated malware designed to achieve persistence would potentially have workarounds for DISM based hash comparisons (as far as I am aware that is all it does; a hash comparison of the SxS contents within the Windows directory and the source media)

Note that this is true even if you are from the stone age like me, and own a shiny piece of plastic called a “Digital Video Disk-Read Only Media”

this is because, by now, that reference media is so obsolete as to be a pointless waste of time…. the Windows 10 base image has basically been completely re-built compared to an OEM DVD from years ago.

there is no way I can see, except installing on a clean system, updating that system, then when everything is updated, *only then* run Media Creation Toolkit.

that would be a clean, updated, image.
