WhatsApp is working on another iOS update. WhatsApp has recently submitted a new update bringing up the version to 23.3.0.76. Keep reading to know more about WhatsApp update iOS: soon share documents up to 2GB.
According to WABetaInfo, “WhatsApp is working on a presentation sheet to announce the ability to share documents up to 2GB in size, for a future update of the app!”. On this new update, users will be allowed to share documents up to 2GB in size quickly. A Wi-Fi connection is recommended in order to share such large files. “In addition, when you share larger files or documents on WhatsApp using a mobile data connection, the amount of data consumed can quickly add up so we suggest using a Wi-Fi connection to avoid similar situations and save mobile data.” says WABetaInfo.
This ability to share larger documents will be available in future iOS updates. Additionally, WhatsApp has announced four new features which are, document caption, the ability to share up to 100 media, longer group subjects and descriptions, and avatars. These features are available for all users who have installed the latest version of WhatsApp for Android from the Play Store.
