WhatsApp Introduces Picture-in-Picture mode on iOS

WhatsApp has recently submitted the latest stable update on App Store. According to WABetaInfo, this update allows iOS users to use picture-in-picture mode while in video calls. It can be annoying to not be able to multitask while on a video call but with this new feature, video calling with your friends and doing your other tasks at the same time is possible!

As per the official changelog, it is now possible to use the picture-in-picture mode during a video call without your video being paused. Using WhatsApp will be now more efficient for iOS users. Check if it is already enabled for your WhatsApp account and if not then update the app.

Additionally, this update enables you to use some other features such as attaching captions to your documents and longer group subjects and descriptions for users to describe groups with ease.

If this feature isn’t available in your update, kindly wait for future updates to get it. For more such news stay tuned to our page.
