A strange bug punished Call of Duty Warzone player for sniping. Players are already running into this unusual bug and nobody is clear about this problem. The bug is making sniping difficult and sniping is a very common build in the popular Battle Royale.
Call of Duty: Warzone 2 was developed by Raven Software and Infinity Ward. Both developers received assistance from the subsidiaries of Activision. The game was launched in 2022 and received positive reviews.

Warzone 2 is a free-to-play game and it is also considered a component of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. The game contains new game modes, new maps, and other newly added content. A few more additions in Warzone 2 were missing in the first part of Call of Duty: Warzone but unfortunately, with these additions, a few bugs also surfaced in the second part.
A Reddit user by the name Kenja_Time posted a video where it is visible that a strange bug punished a Call of Duty Warzone player for sniping. From a vantage point above the Al Mazrah map in Warzone 2, they spotted another opponent near the cement wall peeking. The crosshair was settled by the player over the head of the target and then they aimed. After that, the screen experienced a cut black which was followed by an error message.

The video skipped to a sniper duel with another player where they got disconnected from Warzone 2 as they both fired. Kenja_Time disconnected two times and this is enough to demonstrate that the bug is still there. Other Call of Duty: Warzone players also faced a similar issue.
The Redditor joked about when he gave a hint that the developer Raven Software was disconnecting the players who were using sniper rifles in the game. The glitch is a strange one and the cause of the glitch is unclear to the players of Call of Duty: Warzone 2. There is no clarification of how many players are facing a similar issue.

From the reported instances it can be inferred that the glitch is only limited to the main Battle Royale mode and Al Mazrah map. At this point, we can only hope that the developers to identify and solve this bug soon.
