Ahead of adding a subsequent generation of the GT series on Feb 9’2023, out of the box we find the Realme GT Neo 5 Purple Edition teased by the brand that has lit a fire into its potential customers with enthusiasm by teasing a dazzling and beautifully designed purple edition of the upcoming Realme GT Neo 5. The global launch for the phone is predicted to be held by the end of February at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2023.

With rumors regarding specifications and innovations pacing up with this, let’s not forget that the GT series aims for more performance-centric devices. The brand targets to fulfill the needs of consumers who look for great value for money devices that offer reliably higher performance and consistency, mainly gamers and people who in general perform lots of multi-tasking on this little device.
Mukul Sharma (@stufflistings) on 3rd February 2023 tweeted a video teaser of the Purple Edition of Realme GT Neo 5. Observing through the video, on the back panel an RGB LED lighting unit house can be seen. Rumored to be inspired from the Nothing Phone (1), this little led-light unit brings amazing looks to the table.

Even more inspired as a brand, Realme seems to be offering iPhone’s Dynamic Island-like feature. The front look reveals a curvy design, a flat display with a center punch hole.
Based on reports, the 8.99mm thick and 199 grams heavy Realme GT Neo has the following expected specifications:

- RAM- LPDDR5 UFS 3.1
- Operating system- Android 13 (Realme UI 4.0)

- Battery and charging- 5000mAh battery 150watt charging; 4600mAh 240watt charging
- Variants- 8GB/12GB/16GB RAM, 128GB/256GB/512GB/1TB internal memory
Worthy to note that last year’s Realme GT Neo 3 was the fastest-charging smartphone of the year 2022, this year to fuel up its 4600mAh battery, Realme took the notch to 240W fast charging. The other variants may offer a 5000mAH battery that would support a relatively slower 150W rapid charging.
Talking about the camera, the GT neo 5 will have a triple camera set-up, expected with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 sensor with optical image stabilization + 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens + 2-megapixel macro lens on the back and a 16-megapixel camera in the front.
While Realme GT Neo 5 purple edition teased we are already enchanted by the upcoming new smartphone in one of the most loved series of the brand.
