Valorant Error Code 57 on Windows 10/11
Developed by Riot Games, Valorat is all about aim and tactics. Occasionally, when the game receives security patches after an update or randomly during the maintenance periods, Riot Vanguard, the anti-cheat software fails to function correctly. This triggers the error code 57.

Other causes of the error could be:
- Glitch in the Anti-cheat engine
- Disabled Vanguard Anti-Cheat service
- Interference by Windows firewall or third-party antivirus
- Corrupt Vanguard files
- Error in DNS
- Interference of VPN or proxy
Quick Answer
To fix the error, Kill the background processes and Restart the game. If the error still persists, flush the DNS cache.

Method 2: Kill Background Processes

1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to launch Task Manager.

This thereby causes the error code 57 in Valorant.
1. Press the Windows key + R to launch the Run dialog box.
2. Type services.msc and click on OK.
3. Locate vgc and double-click it to open its Properties window.
4. Under Service status, click on the Start button to enable the vgc service.
5. Change the Startup type to Automatic.

When you flush the cache data of your DNS, it clears out all the outdated or corrupted domain name system (DNS) information stored on the PC. This action forces the system to fetch fresh DNS records from authoritative servers and hence could potentially resolve multiple internet connectivity-related issues such as website or game-loading errors.
